In addition to driving business development at TheSiteEdge, as CEO Nicole oversaw all aspects corporate leadership including marketing, sales, financial management, operations, administration, human resources, talent acquisition, client service, and training & development. It is Nicole’s executive-level strengths that propel her to fearlessly direct, execute, and accomplish critical responsibilities within organizations she leads. She has a diversified business acumen and pays acute attention to coaching that ensures the development of individuals and teams. “People” are Nicole's top area of expertise. Prior to founding TheSiteEdge, Nicole worked in the financial services industry as a licensed business banker and financial advisor where she helped clients create personal financial plans and develop strategies to protect their valuable assets. Her professional career originated in the world of sales, working as both a licensed realtor and director of firm operations for a local real estate company. Nicole managed to build and sell off her own portfolio of real estate over the last 14 years.
